Cannot set feature image for Home page

    I found articles about set feature image on blog, but I found I cannot do the same to my blog Home page. When I go to Page section, I cannot find anywhere allow me to edit Home page. As such I found no way to set a feature image for my home page. may I seek your help on this? much appreciated
