cannot sign in

Hello, I’m having great difficulty with signing in to my WP acct. oceans25.wordpress.com. It’s coming up to another site startingroundtwo. I’ve tried everything. ‘which made everything much worse’. I’ve plucked around for hours and still, I can get the site up but when I add /wp-admin on the end it takes me to startingroundtwo. I started the site a couple of years back and started moving around. I’m currently living in Baumholder, Germany and right now am completely at a loss. any help/assistance will be greatly appreciated. Thank you kindly.

The issue is that the WordPress.com user account you are posting from is not the owner or admin of the site you are trying to access. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the site. You’ll need to log into THAT user account in order to make any changes.
