Cannot sign in due to WordPress giving me an email account I do not have access to

  We’ve provided the information required and still can’t get access to the account. Comcast said they can’t help, seems like we are at a stalemate.

  I don’t show that you replied to the ticket you have with WordPress.com support (Ticket #5311460). They already advised what you need to do to get access to the account, so as long as you take action on those items and respond to that email, they can help you.
