Cannot sign in – password not working

So I want to look at some possible new themes for my website. I can sign in to the WP dashboard, but then I click on ‘themes’ and it asks me to enter my email and password again. I cannot remember my password, so I click the ‘forgot password’ and it sends a link to my email. The link in the email brings me back to the sign in page, but it says that the ‘link to reset the password is invalid. enter your email address to get another link’ I have tried it a bunch of times and each time it tells me to ask for another link. I can’t sign in, i just want to look at some other available themes.

You are posting to the wrong support forum. We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs are only for wordpress.com hosted sites and we do not provide support for
(1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
(2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, and if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
