Cannot Sign in to Gravatar

I can’t seem to login to update my profile image. I just keep going through an endless loupe. I end up on a page which states ‘We sent you a confirmation email when you signed up’. I’ve signed into Gravatar before and loaded a profile photo. I just cant seem to get to the login page. Any help is appreciated.
