cannot sign into my website account

  I have a website http://www.shirlboe.com I changed the theme this AM and now there’s no way for me to login into it and make changes. WordPress is norecognizing my usename and password for that account.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There are two different versions of WordPress.

  These forums only provide support for the WordPress.com version; your site appears to use the self-hosted version from WordPress.org.

  If you need support for a self-hosted site, please try posting your question in the WordPress.org support forums.
