Cannot source invoice/receipt for recent payment

We have recently payed our annual fee for our plan, but there is no billing history on our account, so we cannot find an invoice or receipt for the payment.

Hi @fordfairsr, could you log out and log in as your other account? The upgrades are owned by another user on your site. They’ll have access to the billing history and what not. I’ll also resend the most recent receipt to the address on file with that account. You can use that email address to log in.

Can you please send the most recent invoice to a different email address? We believe the other account is linked to colleague that is no longer in the business, so we have no access to the site now.
