Cannot start Youtube videos at specific time

  In this recent post, http://jaymans.wordpress.com/2013/08/25/it-is/, I can’t get the Youtube video to start at a specific time, at least not for users who aren’t logged into WordPress.

  The problem seems very similar to the one this gentleman was having here: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/youtube-video-does-not-start-at-specified-time-when-theres-a-wpcom-ad?replies=13

  The second video is supposed to start at time 6:36. It works in the preview, but doesn’t work when I view it on another browser.
