Cannot submit a post to a forum

  Hi
  I am trying to post to the Themes forum, but when I have submiited my post, I get the message ‘This topic has been closed to new replies.’ Is there a problem with my account, I wonder? My query was this – are there any themes that support fully user-adjustable column widths on a mobile phone, with text reflow (as on a Kindle device). How may I post this query to this forum?
