Cannot switch settings from private to public

  I am taking blog from private to public and the settings will not reset for me. How do I resolve this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’m not sure why blog you are trying to switch from Private to Public it would be great if you could provide us with a link.
