Cannot Switch Website Admin

  Hi there,

  We have a paid WordPress website where our old web developer is the Administration of the account. I tried to switch the admin by putting in my email address, and it says ‘There is a pending change of the admin email to .’ However, I never got an email in my inbox or spam, even after 24-48 hours. I revoked and did this again and had the same result. Is there any way to fix this?
