Cannot Sync MP4 to media library no matter what I try

    I am working on a site for a client. It requires the use of an MP4 file. I was unable to upload the file through the media library. I was also unsuccessful in getting the file to sync using a couple of sync plugins. The file works fine. No issues. But no matter what I do, I cannot get the file to appear in the library no matter what I try. I am running the latest version of WP along with Divi Builder.
