Cannot transfer domain

  I purchased my own domain from tsohost and I’m looking to use it with wordpress but nothing seems to work.

  Is this possible and if so why don’t your interactions match what is on my screen?

  Close to giving up now

  1) you need a base blog here before you can buy any upgrade, upgrades are for existing blogs

  2) after you have a blog, map your domain name: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/ – $ 13.- / year

  I have a blog with a .com domain name with Weebly. Can I transfer it to WordPress, and how do I do it, please?
