Cannot transfer domain

    I want to transfer my domain readwithkloo to godaddy. Two things – godaddy says the domain is privacy protected…wordpress says it is not enabled – but it seems to be. Secondly I ask for the authorisation code and it says it has sent to my email address….but nothing arrives. My email is (email visible only to moderators and staff) – as far as I can see that is the admin email address for this domain (and its where notifications go to). I have checked the spam filters. I am chasing my tail. I need to 1. left the privacy and 2. get the code. Please can you help.

    Hi Andrew,

    I just confirmed that your domain’s private registration is disabled. Can you check with Godaddy to see if they still see it as privacy protected? It may have just taken a little time for that change to take effect, but if they have additional information about that please let me know.

    I also checked the contact information for your domain, and the authorization code is being sent to that email address. If it’s still not coming through at all, please let me know and I’ll see if we can get you that code another way.
