Cannot transfer domain to another registrar

    I’m trying to transfer domain to Porkbun for several times. I did turn off ‘Transfer lock off’ and transfer domain as normal. Somehow, Porkbun return with this message every time:

    Domain:

    We’ve submitted your transfer 1 times and it is being rejected by the losing registrar. We’ll try a few more times but please contact the losing registrar to find out why they are rejecting the transfer.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Hello,

    Thanks for reaching out, I’d be happy to help. Your domain should be able to be transferred, the transfer lock and the domain lock are both deactivated.

    I see however that the privacy protection hasn’t been deactivated yes, which is why your transfer is being declined.

    Please follow these steps to deactivate the privacy protection before trying again:
