cannot transfer from blogger to wordpress

    Greetings,
    I just created my wordpress account because i want to move my blog from blogger to wordpress. unfortunately it doesnt allow me. I made sure I exported the right file which was .xml file and after tried to import in wordpress. However it said my dashboard is suspsend, also it says error in retrieving purchase. I hope this can be fixed so I could get started.
