Cannot transfer my domain
-
I had bought a domain on wordpress.com and I wish to transfer it to Siteground, after I’ve gone self-hosted.
But although I disabled domain locking and private registration (wp-admin >> store >> my domains >> edit >> Transfer domain) few days ago, still the new host is not able to retrieve the data of my domain.
I checked also on http://who.is/ and this is the status I got:clientDeleteProhibited http://www.icann.org/epp#clientDeleteProhibited, clientRenewProhibited http://www.icann.org/epp#clientRenewProhibited, clientTransferProhibited http://www.icann.org/epp#clientTransferProhibited, clientUpdateProhibited http://www.icann.org/epp#clientUpdateProhibited
Can you please unlock my domain?

Hello there!
Are you sure you purchased the domain through WordPress.com? Just checked the whois details of your domain – it seems, you were using the domain mapping feature of WordPress.com. Apparently, your domain was purchased using the reseller Wild West Domains, and was later mapped to a WordPress.com blog.
These are the Whois details of your domain currently:
Domain Name: SARDEGNAISOLADICAVALLI.COM
Registrar URL: http://www.wildwestdomains.com
Registrant Name: Sara Meloni
Registrant Organization:
Name Server: NS2.AMS10.SITEGROUND.EU
Name Server: NS1.AMS10.SITEGROUND.EU
DNSSEC: unsignedCurrently, your domain points to your WordPress installation in Siteground and is working fine. However, if you would like to transfer this domain to Siteground, you might have to visit the website of Wild West Domains, log in to the account you have with them, and then issue a transfer request to Siteground. It should be transferred to the new Web Host in a week’s time.
Hope this helps.
