cannot understand the help response

    I got this response from your help desk. Two days ago I created ONE account: LoveNana.blog. This is a name that YOUR COMPANY OFFERED when I was purchasing a Personal account plan with a FREE DOMAIN NAME. Somehow, it seems that 2 domain names were created (it is hard to say because of the atrocious spelling of this rep, but it says that one was created 9 years ago!!! I never did that.) All I want it the domain name LoveNana.blog, offered free for one year, and my Personal subscription. This has been days of run around. Forgive me, but I do not even understand what this person is talking about! I tried to do what I thought this person was saying but …..nothing. Please help!
