Cannot untick check box for site indexing

  Since switching from Yoast SEO to all in one SEO, the check box for site indexing has automatically checked, meaning if we were to update our site it would essentially disappear from google. It says that we are using a ‘temporary’ domain (which is untrue) – how do we go about fixing this issue so our site doesn’t disappear from google’s search engine?
