Cannot update billing info or contact support

Hi support folks,
I started paying for my blog several years back while traveling abroad (in Ireland, specifically); I’m currently back in the US, and the card I used to pay for my plan is expiring. However, I cannot update it; my ‘Manage Purchases’ tab (https://wordpress.com/me/purchases) will never load when logged in. Unfortunately, neither will the ‘Contact’ option (https://wordpress.com/help/contact), so I can’t get to live chat either! Is there a way to connect with someone to get this resolved? I would like to renew my plan but I cannot find any way to do so without access to update my own billing information.

You’re logged in to an account where you can reach manage purchases for https://singlestepjourneywoman.wordpress.com/ Is it perhaps some other site you’re talking about. Perhaps it is reached via a different account?

That’s what I’m saying; though I am logged in, going to the ‘Manage Purchases’ tab shows me a screen that never finishes loading (I tried this multiple times on different days). However, apparently this may be a browser issue; I just tried in Firefox (instead of Chrome) and it seems to have worked. So, good enough for now; but definitely something strange is up in Chrome.
