Cannot Update Domain Contact Info in Domain Manager

Cannot update contact info in domain manager. When I select the domain, the “contact” button does not highlight or allow to click. It was registered through a proxy.

You are correct. While your domain is registered through Domains by Proxy, you cannot update your domain registrant details yourself. We can change them for you if you prefer, or you can wait until you have some need to cancel your privacy (such as when you plan on transferring your domain, etc) and you can change your details then.
