Cannot update domain e-mail address for domain transfer

    Hello, I am experiencing a very similar issue found in this post:

    My domain, fairstarphotography.com is expiring soon. I’ve tried contacting Wild West Domains and they refer me to wordpress.com. In my wordpress.com account settings I’ve found my domain management portal and am trying to update my e-mail address so I can receive the transfer code. I click “save contact info” but it never seems to actually save. And I’ve yet to receive the transfer code.

    Can someone help manually change the e-mail address to jwitherspoon@gmail[dot]com?

    I am anxious to receive the transfer code so I can transfer the domain before it expires.

    Yes, I have checked it in IE and Chrome and I am still unable to change the e-mail address. After I save the change and revisit it, it still shows my old, inaccessible email.

    I am still needing to receive the transfer code so I can successfully move the domain registration from Wild West to Just Host.

    Is there another way to get the transfer code?

    Yes, those are the instructions I am following. I have tried this in different browsers and different computers.

    I have not tried to change my name or organization, so the information shouldn’t be locked. However, my e-mail address will not update.

    The other thing that is odd is that JustHost.com (the website’s host) says the domain registration through Wild West Domains is about to expire in May. When I log into my domain manager in wordpress, however, it appears current through 2017.

    Basically I want to transfer the domain registration from Wild West Domains to Just Host so that my registration and hosting is all in one account. I can’t do that without my transfer code and I can’t get that unless I can update my e-mail address. This is where I’m running into the problem.
