Cannot update Gravatar image

  I need to update our profile image, hosted via Gravatar. I’ve managed to sign in to WordPress.com (where I’m writing this) but clicking on Update Profile Photo sends me into an authentication loop at https://secure.gravatar.com/site/login. It says ‘Sign in with WordPress.com’ — which I’ve already done and can’t seem to get beyond this screen.

  Is there another way in?

  Hi there,

  When this happens it usually works to clear your browser cache and cookies which will sign you out of both WordPress.com and Gravatar. Then log back into WordPress.com, and then log into Gravatar.

  Let me know if you need more help with this.

  That did it. Yesterday I tried the same via an incognito window (no cookies), and had the auth loop behavior. Today it worked. I don’t know if someone jiggled the handle on your end, but if so…thank you!

  I don’t think we did anything on our side, but I’m glad to hear it’s working now :)
