Cannot update jetpack on my site

  Hi,
  I cannot log in to my website http://www.dividedselfproductions.com. I have not used my site for some time and I want to update and possibly upgrade to professional. When I go for the lost password option, it doesn’t send a link to my registered email. Please help.
