Cannot update my plan

  Hi,

  I am trying to update to Personal and add a custom domain, but after I have chosen checkout and proceeded with my payment through paypal I get redirected to Checkout again no information about what went wrong.

  I’ve emailed you a manual payment link. It’s going to be delivered to the address at wordpress.com/me/account

  Let’s give that a try and see if the payment is successful. Please let me know if not.

  Thank you, do you know how long it will take until my plan is updated on my profile so I could choose a personal domain?

  Good Morning –

  I’ve received your payment and added WordPress.com Personal to your account. Now, when you go to My Sites > Domains you’ll be able to add your custom domain. There’s no additional charge for this as it is included in the plan.
