Cannot update my website.

  I went to update my site http://www.littlekentuckyfarm.com and the message back said that I have no site. I just paid my annual WordPress Premium Plan ($96). I checked to see if I can get on the site, and it’s active, but I cannot access it through Mysite through WordPress….Is there direct contact with IT assistance?
