Cannot Update Profile

Hi. I have tried to change my email address several times from my old one to my new one. Each time, I change it and then click on ‘Update Profile’. The page then refreshes itself and says that the email address has been changed, however the old address is still on screen.
I thought I might be doing something wrong so I decided to change my name to see if that would work. The Profile page allowed my name to be changed but still kept my old address.
Can anyone help? I really want to delete the old address and continue with the new.

If you change your “email address” you have to confirm in the email that you put in there that you are actually changing the email. It has to be confirmed before it changes :)
