cannot upgrade

  Hi, i am trying to do an upgrade on my WordPress page but i cannot. It seems that our Capital Controls in Greece make this difficult. Do you have any idea how we can do it?

  This was just brought yo my attention. With the loosening of the capital controls, have you been able to upgrade?
