Cannot upgrade Plan

  Hi,

  We are trying to upgrade our company blog from the premium plan to the business plan, but it says that I have to be the plan owner, but as far as I am aware I am? This login was the first to make a blog post and has the ability to transfer the blog to another admin.

  If someone could help with this I would be very grateful!
