Cannot Upgrade Plan

    Hi, I can’t upgrade my wordpress.

    I got e-mail that said
    “We won’t be providing any further detail about why payments will remain blocked. If you’d like more options than are available on our free plan, you may also consider using the free version of WordPress, available here: https://wordpress.org/”
    Can you help me? Is there anything I can do to upgrade my website?
    I really need it for my business to start working.

    Hi @vitalindonesia, it sounds like that message came from our billing team. Our forums staff is not privy to the details of your case, and will not be able to help with this.

    I can see the billing team recommends running your own copy of WordPress with another host. You can get more details on that here:

    Well, why does the billing team disabled me to do upgrade? I just make my site 3 days ago, and do nothing with it.
    Please help me, I need the wordpress hosting for my business.
