Cannot upgrade plan

    Hi there, I am trying to upgrade my plan but it states that ‘Sorry, that place is not compatible with this site.’ How do I troubleshoot this issue?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

    Hi there!

    It seems your site previously had the WordPress.com Business plan, but you canceled the plan, and the site wasn’t fully reverted. May I ask if you’re trying to upgrade anndalecommodity.wpcomstaging.com to the Business plan again?

    You can upgrade to Business by clicking here and choosing the Business plan. You may only upgrade to the Business plan since the site still has active features that are only available with the Business plan.

    If you want to upgrade to a different plan, please let us know, and we can help you with that.
