Cannot upgrade plan

    I’m not able to upgrade my plan to starter. Getting this error: Sorry that plan is not compatible with this site

    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    The website treaps.com was on the Creator plan earlier which expired recently.
    The website still has content from the Creator plan such as plugins, etc that is not supported on Starter or Explorer plans.

    If you wish to downgrade to the Starter plan, we would have to remove the content that is incompatible with the Starter plan.

    Please note that this content includes-

    • If you are using a custom theme on the site, it will be removed along with its settings.
    • You’ll also lose all the plugins and their settings, and any content created with them.
    • Your site will have the content, theme, and settings reverted to the date/time before you installed your first plugin on the site.
    • However, your content, such as posts, pages and media files will be preserved, if your overall data is less that 6 GB (Starter plan limit).

      ❗️Please confirm if you want me to move forward with this option and go for the Starter plan.

    You can still get the Creator plan if you want, and you will not lose any content from your website.

    We have removed the Creator plan completely.
    You can now go ahead and purchase the Starter or the Explorer plan.
