cannot upgrade the actual plan

  Hello,

  I cannot upgrade plan for the site http://helico-belgium.be
  I receive the message : ‘You need to be the plan owner to manage this site’

  I don’t have any other user to log in.
  What can I do?

  helico-belgium.be is a self hosted WordPress.org site which is connected to your WordPress.com account using the Jetpack plugin. Are you trying to purchase a Jetpack plan for this site?:
