Hello. I logged a ticket with general support however they informed me sales would be in touch to resolve the problem which I have not heard anything yet and support automaticly closed the ticket so i could not reply. . Please could you advise as I am new to WordPress.com and a little unhappy I’ve had a problem before I have even paid for anything.
