Cannot upgrade to Pro Bundle – buttons don't work

  I cannot upgrade to the Pro Bundle – none of the upgrade buttons seem to work – I have tried Safari and IE.

  Are you logged in as the Owner/Creator of the site?

  Yes, I am logged in to my account. But none of the Upgrade buttons seem to do anything.

  You haven’t posted a URL and there’s no site linked to your User ID which may indicate another ID that doesn’t have Admin rights.

  Strange. Now your ID is linked (Cyan in color) while before it wasn’t (Black).

  I guess that could mean other things.
