Cannot upload a video (.MP4) file to my blog

  Upgraded and added videopress to my blog, getting errors messages stating : “Error This video file could not be processed because it does not contain a video track or the video codec is unsupported.”

  This description of this upgrade specifically said I’d be able to upgrade .mp4 files.

  Requesting immediate assistance or would like to see about a refund as it does not do what it promotes, thank you

  How LARGE is the file? Did you also get the storage upgrade?

  This file is 103 mb, and my media library says I’m am currently using 276.8 MB out of 13.0 GB upload limit (2%)

  Did you also get the storage upgrade? You cannot upload video until you have it, regardless of how much space you have in your media library. Don’t ask me why.
