Cannot upload any images

  For some days now I have not been able to add images. I am going to add media, as always but when I click on select files nothing happens. Please help as i need to post!!!!!!

  Hi,
  Nope literally nothing happens at all. No error message but just nothing, no matter how many times you click on select files?!
