Cannot upload background image

  I’ve uploaded a background image multiple times and even tried downsizing it, still will not show on my blog.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Alright, I found out the problem. Changing the background under the themes > Customize tab does NOTHING to change the background. Instead, I had to go to Appearance > Background. ><
