Cannot upload files to Media or Publish a post!

  Hello,

  I’m trying to upload some files to Media but not working in either ways (Flash and Browser).
  Also I can’t publish a post.
  The messgae “Oops! Sorry an error occured…..please contact us…” always shows up.

  Please help.

  Well, how about following the instructions and contact the staff? They are the only ones that have access to the back end of your site.

  The one thing you might try is to log out, clear your browser cache and cookies, restart your browser and then try again.

  Thanks for contact link auxclass. I preferred to ask in forums first.
  Anyhow, it’s solved now, I moved to another office (different IP) and it’s working now, looks like connectivity issue!

  Usually asking the in the Forum ahead of the Staff (or check the Forum for someone that has already ask the same question) – however in your case when you get the “contact us” then go straight to the Staff – @TSP also pointed out the “cookie dance” solution that cures many ills.

  Also sometimes things do happen – the internet is not perfect and the problem seems to go away by itself – or the Staff might have found the problem ahead of you and fixed it – the Staff here are great.

  Also the support documents are a trove if information and they have done a good job on the how to things (the better the instructions are the fewer people that need to ask for help.
