  Do you mean images downloaded from individual pins and saved onto your computer?

  I had a look and was able to upload an image saved from Pinterest on a test site. It would be worth checking the image you have is one of these supported file types and if it is, try clearing your browser cache before attempting another upload on fromyesterdaytodaytomorrow.wordpress.com:
