Cannot upload images, install themes or plugins, or reinstall wordpress

    Hello, I am attempting to customize and design a website for a client, however I cannot install certain themes, most images cannot be uploaded (it works sporadically, after I try uploading 20 images it worked once), and I can’t install any plugins, including jetpack. I could also not re-install wordpress. So I am very limited in terms of what I can do. I really am not sure what is wrong. Could someone maybe help me figure it out?
    The site I need help with is http://ionsokinawa.osahost.org/ Since jetpack isn’t installed on it it isn’t even connected to ‘My Sites’ so I have to go though another site to ask this question.

    Sorry but you are in the wrong place.
    These forums are only for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.com

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    And you should ask in the WordPress.org forums.

    As galois mentioned, ionsokinawa.osahost.org is a self hosted WordPress.org site not a WordPress.com site. The differences between WordPress.org and WordPress.com are explained here:

    The ability to upload themes and install plugins is only a feature of self hosted WordPress.org sites.
