Cannot Upload Media by Any Means- ‘HTTP Error’ – ‘The response is not a valid JSON response’ – ‘Failed to Import… All Done, Have Fun!’

    I have apparently exhausted every means of uploading media to my WordPress site – all resulting in HTTP errors, – or when uploaded and working momentarily, suddenly becoming ‘The response is not a valid JSON response.’ instead of the media that it once was.

    Yes, I have scoured the entire internet regarding this – and yes, I have added / changed / etc to my config.php, htasscess and all those suggestions. Nothing has worked. I do not understand how (without adding new plugins or changing anything) my file uploads suddenly cease to work. No updates in between. Nothing changed.

    The only thing that has changed on my WordPress site in this scenario is the addition of my media files. After a certain point, I began receiving these errors. I cannot even import anything anymore. It says ‘failed to import….’ and then ‘All Done, Have Fun!’

    Brilliant… Just as is the inability it seems to seek out someone from WordPress for Customer Service – it has instead led myself here.

    All I am trying to do is make an online archive / database of files, which is proving to be impossible with WordPress beyond 2.2 Gb.

    Should I just drop WordPress altogether for something better?

    That is not the website that I am having issues with. For some reason WordPress automatically added that, thinking it to be the website I have issues with.
