I cannot upload media – it says error everytime.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

the whole day I try to upload some media but it every time says error – is there a general problem and what can I do about it?

What is the error message you’re getting ?
Have you tried with different files ? -
I tried photos and word-documents, nothing works, even my media library does not show when I click on upload media. The error message just is error, try again later.

When I go to my media library from the dashboard everything shows but unattached and it is impossible to get files into a blog.

Please work through these steps below and then report your specifics back to us.
1. Exactly what kind of device are you using to connect to the internet and to WordPress.com?
2. What is the URL of the site you refer to please?
3. Are you logging in under the exact same username account that registered that blog?
4. If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.

5. If you are running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/

Yes FirefoxFor the rest everything worked fine until today. the only error message is: ‘error occurred while uploading’. My media library is only to see when I go to it via dashboard but also then I cannot attach something to a blog. I’m am not that computer freak technical to do all the rest you named.

I too have had big problems with WordPress the past few days. Nothing will upload when using the “New post” tab on my main Blog page while signed in.
However, I have found a work around. If I go to my dashboard page and click on the “new post” tab from the dashboard page, everything works normally. There is certainly a bug with WordPress, but this seems to work as an alternate method for now.

I log in using two Mac laptops, one with Snow Leopard, one with an older version of OSX
Use Safari
same symptoms on both computers trying to update or add images or links
note my post that the problem is not present on the same computers if I access “New Post” thourhg the link on the dashboard page

I use a PC my boys constructed and its Mozilla Fire Fox I am using. There was no problem of whatsoever 2 days ago so it’s not my computer who cause the problem. tomatlongacres has obviously the same problem. I always go by dashboard but even than nothing is to be uploaded, I only can write a blog post.

Do you also encounter this issue in a different browser? for example Internet Explorer or Google Chrome?
