cannot upload mp4 videos to videopress
-
VideoPress upload window, as well as browser uploader, either on IE or Firefox, doesn’t accept my mp4 video to upload. I see mp4 is not included in the allowed files. Has there been a change in policy on file types allowed?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi Elaine,
It looks like the VideoPress upgrade was temporarily removed from your blog as you were going to upgrade to the Premium bundle (which includes VideoPress) per this thread:
Were you still going to upgrade to Premium? If so, you have $60 of credits on your account from your previous VideoPress renewal to go towards the cost of the Premium bundle. If you’ve decided not to move forward with the Premium bundle, I can restore the VideoPress upgrade to your account.
Just let me know!

Oh good! Thanks for responding. Yes, please make the upgrade to Premium. How do I make up the difference? Do I do this through you or through the store?

Hi Elaine,
It looks like you were able to successfully purchase the Premium bundle. However, it looks like you paid full price for the bundle (it should have given you a $60 discount due to your previous VideoPress purchase). To rectify the situation, I refunded your previous VideoPress purchase and removed the credits from your account. Please allow several days for the refund to be posted to your account. You should be all set with the video uploads moving forward!
Let me know if you have any questions!
