Cannot upload new profile pic

  When I try, I get this message:

  Hmm, your new Gravatar was not saved. Please try uploading again.

  My photo is perfectly square and 11 kb.

  Hi –

  Does it work from a different browser?

  It can take up to a few hours for the change to occur.

  I tried Chrome and Firefox on my windows computer with the same results.

  What are the image dimensions, curiously? Also, I noticed you have a new image that was uploaded today. Were you replacing that, or were you able to sort this out? Let us know.

  I also cannot upload a Gravatar image using Chrome. What are the image requirements? They aren’t listed there.

  Are you trying to upload a new image for your WordPress.com account at https://wordpress.com/me/, or are you trying to upload directly to Gravatar.com? What exactly is going wrong when you try to upload an image? Are you seeing an error?

  Any JPG, JPEG or PNG image should work, and we recommend using images that are square at 512pixels big. The image will never be displayed bigger than that, and uploading a bigger image can result in quality loss when we resize it.
