Cannot Upload Pictures

    On a new blog entry I cannot upload pictures. I do not receive any error notices or explanations. I just click the add picture media icon and nothing happens. It is the same with the poll button, but the add a form still works. I am well under my media limit, and do not understand what is happening. I have the latest edition of Flash as well.
