cannot upload Plugins
-
Every time i try to upload a new Plugin i get this message:
Installing Plugin from uploaded file:
Unpacking the package…But the screen freezes and does not go past this message – even if i wait for 3 hours or more.
So therefor i cannot install the plugin.
Please can you fix this for me?
Kind regards,
Guy

Sadly, only sites with the Business Plan can upload custom plugins. However, all sites do get access to some plugins automatically.
Learn more: https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/
There are also some incompatible plugins to be aware of which cannot be used on WordPress.com entirely. Those are listed here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/incompatible-plugins/
If you state what you’re trying to do though, there may be some alternatives, so feel free to ask.
Let us know if you have any further questions. :)

Hi Guy,
Just adding to the information @torres126 gave you — is beck-design.co.uk the site you need help with? If so, it was created with WordPress.org software and is hosted by Bluehost rather than WordPress.com:
We can only help with WordPress.com sites here but support for self hosted sites is available on the WordPress.org support forums:
https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
You could try posting there :)

Hi there,
No, nothing to do with the WordPress.com Business plan. To get help with that you need to post in the WordPress.org forums:
