cannot upload purchased theme

  Hello,

  I have been using wordpress for my own personal website for many years now. A friend of mine has recently searched out my help in setting up a website. Before uploading everything to his domain I want to work on the theme with the address I made for it through my account with WordPress.com. He has purchased it previous to asking me to try it out for him, is there a way to have his bought version of Port (wordpress theme) be used on my account?
