Cannot upload Word document

  There is no “add media” icon on screen, only add url, or photo. I am trying to upload a Word document.

  Hi there, sorry about this. Could you please let me know which OS and browser version you are using? Have you tried an alternative browser, like Firefox?

  On Mac OS X 10.6.8 I have tried Sarari and Chrome. On PC, using Windows Vista, I have tried Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer. In every case, the result is identical. When I hit “New Post”, the choices on the left side of the screen are Post a Photo, Post a Video, Post a Quote, and Post a Link. On the upper right, there is a button for Insert Photo. None of these choices allow me to upload a Word file.

  Oh, that’s a very basic post form. For the full post form, go to Posts -> Add New in your blog’s Dashboard.
