Cannot upload wordpress host with domain

    My domain was restored last week by web.com however I have no access to my site because my hosting with wordpress is not uploading.
    My domain is not resolving. I can’t seem to contact WordPress to confirm if there is a valid zone file for my domain on their nameservers. I don’t know if my domain is supposed to point to different nameservers. Someone please help me!
